My Electric Weekend
Well it's been rather interesting around here... try to go buy groceries & turned right around bc a storm hit...not just any storm...
Imagine we pull back up in front of the house bc there was sky to ground lightening all around...As I run back up to the house praying I don't get struck...I loose both flip flops trying to run in....& I am in the house 2 seconds when lightening struck right outside taking out our power.
It was 4am before it was back on.
These pics do NOT do it justice, it was INSANE! Last time I recall a storm like this was prob 10 years ago.
Our Yard is super green & super tall bc we can't get out there to mow...
Lots of "SPRING" cleaning going on as well... HIGH humidity makes things get ))Moldy((...so I won't be able to catch up till tomorrow.

I'm glad you were able to get inside safely. That must have been scary. The pictures are absolutely RADICAL!!! Lightening scares the BGB's out of me and these tell the story.
As far as catching up? Don't even ask cause Xanga is acting flacky and driving me crazy...

OH I AM JEALOUS! In Wisconsin most of us are dealing with drought issues because not enough rain. I haven't even seen a good storm since I was up north hiking! It's just terrible! No power is fun - it's like camping in your living room :)
