First Edition- Dear Kris

**disclaimer** all suggestions & supplimental suggestions are just that, I am a layman not a Doctor. Suggestions are given in good faith that you have no health conditions & are of sound mind. So you agree not to hold me liable for using my advise.
Dear Kris
My wife and I haven't been on many dates lately, per say, 3 in the past 2 years. Anywho, I'd love to get a great idea for a date, since I am most definitely rusty. She's NOT into Houston traffic, and she doesn't like trying new foods, like I do. But I want our next date to be special, and new, like they were when we first met. Could you give me a few ideas, or a plan of action, it would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely
McMaSH
Dear McMash,
When life makes it hard to date like Normal ppl, you have to realize dating with kids makes NORMAL a setting on a washing machine.
Dating is a state of mind, when you date you think about the other persons likes a lot more, make surprises happen.
In the dating state of mind, the living room becomes a Harem when you layout blankets, watching a movie at home with the couch pulled up close to the TV, with special snacks, even fancy crackers & cheese with grapes can be romantic & two roses can set the world on fire!!
) Even going to the grocery store or even a super center without the kids can open up a world of fun in the dating state of mind, ever played store hiding seek?
If getting out of the house is in order walking at sunset talking those long talks with Nothings & Somethings can keep the home fires burning.
I would defiantly suggest the dating game where you take turns planning dates, with all the details kept secret.
& for a fun tidbit...Mint Life Savers Spark in the Dark....
Have Fun McMash
Dear Kris,

Need Ideas in TX.
Dear Need Ideas in TX,
Since I don't know the source of the inflammation I am assuming allergies & water retention, but I will also include those for swelling in general.
Herbs: Corn silk, Burdock , Bee Pollen (very healthy over all heath restorer), Chickweed, hops, oatstraw, & PARSLEY (does both)
If this is your joints, getting off all nightshade family, esp tomatoes will helps once they are out of your system 4-8 weeks.
I have found licorice tea to be excellent for most, though it can raise blood pressure in some. In a general all around #1 anit-inflammatory is White Oak Bark...taken at high doses up to 2 days straight. Natures Sunshine is my preferred brand over all & White Oak bark from them would be doses that are 5 caps every 3 hours. This can help woman who are going to heavy on their periods. It needs to be taken with a herb that helps water retention.
Dear Kris,
I mention this because you said that you will answer questions about natural remedies.
I am not naturally an energetic person--never have been, not even at my most active. I tend to be phlegmatic in both temperament and body. Lately, however, it seems worse than ever: I find the simple tasks of life physically exhausting. After work I feel as though I've run a marathon. (My job is not physically demanding, only mentally and emotionally so.)
I know that I'm about twenty to thirty pounds over my college weight right now, and I know that once I shed this I'll have more energy. The problem is, getting up and going biking or walking requires that energy that I don't feel I have. I don't eat particularly unhealthy, I'm just too sedentary.
Barring caffeine or any of those nasty-tasting energy drinks, is there any natural remedy you can recommend for a little extra get-up-and-go? Is there a tea or herb that helps one tackle the tasks of the day?
--Low Battery in the Northeast
Dear Low Battery in the Northeast,
Energy Levels can be a struggle for most people these days, but there is hope beyond pots of coffee, though I personally love it, & hope without energy drinks. Your energy levels are telling you that your bodies resources are being used else where.
By your description of having phlegm/mucus issues it sounds like your system has gone to what is called wet & cold.
Let's start there, if I am right hot & dry foods seasonings will sound good.
Do things like cinnamon, cloves, ginger, Cayenne, hot peppers, onion, almonds etc sound good?
If so stay away from moist things for a bit, things like grapes, wheat, oatmeal, salad lettuces (greens are different).
You have to eat things that are pungent, drying & astringent. You can see these two sites at the end, that will give you a larger list of foods to eat & not to eat till you are balanced.Make sure you are getting enough protein it should be on your plate the size of an open flat hand, veggies should take up almost half your plate & grains like rice & millet (bc your damp) should be about 1/4 of your plate.
Getting off sugar & ALL ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS- switching to Stevia or Truvia is also helpful.
NO SODAS unless they actually real sugar & only as a treat.
Other things you can do, is work on how you body is handling your stress & hormones.
VITS & Minerals
Sublingual (under the tongue) B- vitamin COMPLEX is a MUST, I prefer the one in the link at the bottom.
Get A great whole foods multi vitamin & being faithful with it.
Zinc & an amino acid complex(preferably liquids) , Leusine is great for energy.
Also check your nails, are they pink or palish, you should add extra iron if they are pale.
Getting extra magnesium is also a part of getting GREAT nights sleep.
Some herbs/teas you should consider & use brand you buys recommended dose- Kelp, fenugreek, ginseng and Chickweed tea.
I know this was a list like no other & I hope your head isn't spinning too much. Our society is perpetually tired bit there are natural ways to get our bodies back on track. I Hope these help & let me know if you need clarification.
B- Vits, Food List 1, Food List 2
Thank you Low Battery in the Northeast I hope to hear soon that you are feeling like the Every Ready Bunny full of energy & Spark.
Have a Question or need advise from Dear Kris, send me messages & look me up next week.
If you liked it Rec it, if you didn't like it, don't rec it.

Very helpful comments Kris!! Thanks for sharing these.
I need an herbal remedy to get my dog to stop barking
@ShimmerBodyCream - lol actually you can get them at the pet stores...calm down pills have herbs in them.
You have a good blend of imagination with practicality. Keep on with this.
This is great.
Very usefull information. I had to go without caffine for a while because I was consuming more caffine drinks and not getting the energy. And the crash was not fun.
Good stuff, I think you should keep doing this.
I've heard that a certain herb makes women less defensive when I try to get their phone number. The problem is, I can't find it in stores anywhere (except in California, but I live on the east coast). I'm thinking I may have to grow it in my own garden, but I still need seeds. Do you know where I can find them?
Also, is it proper to offer a brownie to a girl I've just met? Ifc not, would you recommend any other ways to get her to ingest this herb (about twenty minutes) before I ask her out?
