Help Needed
I have a very close friend, he has been like a brother, my son's wilderness mentor and Sammy the lab would leave us for...
He is a missionary that actually missionaries, he lives & eats in the same conditions as the young ones he is watching over. Something as simple as $5-10 dollars is like $200 here & things are not looking so good for them or a neighboring school. I'm hoping you will realize how simple it is to help my friend; all the monies actually go to feed & cloth the students. They have figured out how to get around the corrupt government.
We haven't seen David in 3years bc even his plane money goes back to these kids.
Here is his latest FB stat & yes they eat bugs as a last resort food source.Got an email from the pastors in Nsanje district telling me that the conditions have worsened. They basically have 2 options. Option 1: Eat their planting seed and starve in 2 months. Option 2: Starve now plant later.
Speaking of starvation, we came up short for the Orphanage budget last month. As of 3 days ago bugs went back on the menu. I'm kicking in some of my work fund to cover the difference but so far next month isn't looking much better. Please prayerfully consider supporting Hope Children's Center.

As much as I like you dear, I have always had a hard time supporting things that I can't actually see or touch. I'm more a hands on type, rather give goods (money, gift cards, clothing, household goods, etc) to somebody or organization than via a website. Is there a way to do this?
@olwd - totally understandable. I'm not sure, I think electronic transfers may have been how they've gotten around the Gov corruption. I'll ask him.
@Kris0logy - Never heard of this place either, is it in Africa by chance?
@olwd - David is there, not sure if everything is.
@Kris0logy - He's in Africa?
@olwd - yes, I know him personally btw. I can't recall which country my memory on details suck,I need to go ask the other...he should be on soon.
@olwd - ok msg sent & he is in Malawi nearish to Blantyre
@Kris0logy - Ok Malawi sounds fam, but not positive where it is.
Need to run hubby almost home and don't want to burn the pizza. hehehehe
@olwd - tootles enjoy all that wheat for me...LOL
@Kris0logy - LOL, Well he certainly did. I had soup.
Malawi indeed is in poverty. Will HopeInternational provide more funding, given their current condition?
They def. need prayers.
